Dolly Parton's Dixie Stampede is a unique dinner and show experience set in an 85,000-square-foot arena featuring 32 magnificent horses, a stampede of Longhorn steer, dozens of amazing cast members, beautiful music, and audience participation, all showcased in a friendly rivalry between North and South and complemented by a fabulous four-course feast.

In a feat rarely attempted in an indoor arena, Dixie Stampede treats audiences to a live and up-close experience with a herd of authentic Longhorns. Each steer weighs up to 1800 pounds and has a horn span of six to eight feet from tip to tip. Playing on the mystery and magic of popular folklore, Dixie Stampede presents a dramatic depiction of settlers destined for the wild frontier. Highlights include a poignant appearance by a Native American medicine man who calls on the “Spirit of the Bird,” setting the stage for a spectacular aerialist soaring high above the arena, complete with new music and lighting created especially for the show-stopping performance.

The show’s comedy relief comes courtesy of the character “Skeeter”, who injects humor and fun throughout the show.

“At my Dixie Stampede, we strive to make every part of your experience fun and exciting, from the Carriage Room Pre-show right through the big dinner spectacular and grand patriotic finale,” explained owner Dolly Parton.
