Details of Participation
No purchase necessary to enter or redeem prize. Only one entry per household. Contest is open to all U.S. residents 18 years of age or over. Contest ends June 30, 2009 and drawing will be held on or before July 31, 2009. Winner is guaranteed to be chosen by random drawing. Officers, employees and associates of Summerwinds Resort Services, LLC are not eligible to claim the prize. Prize is non-transferable. Name of prizewinner may be obtained by sending a stamped, self-addressed envelope to: Winner’s List, Summerwinds Resort Services, LLC, 3940 Green Mountain Drive, Branson, MO 65616. GRAND PRIZE: Car valued up to $25,000 or $10,000 cash in lieu of vehicle at the option of the winner or Summerwinds Resort Services, LLC. Model, options and color of MINI cooper are at the discretion of Summerwinds Resort Services, LLC based on product availability. Delivery of the vehicle is subject to dealer availability. Winner assumes all responsibility for all local, state and federal taxes, freight, licensing and insurance of the vehicle.
